Reservations;
- Your enquiry/ booking request is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from reservations to include a booking reference number.
- Your booking is not secured until 25% deposit is received and confirmed by reservations.
- Deposits must to be paid within 7 days of booking in order to secure provisional booking. Delay in payment may cause cancellation.
Deposit Requests;
- 25% deposit for accommodation, car hire and transfers are requested to secure your booking. Balance for accommodation, car hire and transfers will be requested on arrival.

- Deposit payments can be paid via credit/debit cards or can be payable in to our UK bank account via UK cheque, online bank transfer or cash.
- Balance payments can be paid via cash or credit/debit card on arrival. It can also be payable in to our UK bank account via UK cheque, cash or online transfer before arrival.
- There will be a 3% service charge for payments made via credit & debit cards and you will be subjected to the daily LOCAL exchange rate.
- We do not accept Travellers Cheques as a payment method.
- We do not accept cheque payments as a payment method UNLESS paid in our UK account 2 weeks before arrival.
- If you wish to pay via Credit/Debit card we will send you a secure booking form via e-mail and request you to fill in the form and fax back to 0090 392 82 12 889.
- If you wish to pay into UK account we will provide you with bank details via e-mail/fax.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy;
- Hotels deposit request of 25% is non-refundable in all cases and conditions.
- Deposits have to be paid within 7 days of booking in order to secure provisional booking. Delay in payment may cause cancellation.
- If guest does not notify hotel of delays/changes in arrival times/dates this may lead to hotel canceling guest booking, thus deposit will be non-refundable.
- If guest contacts hotel and notifies reservations of delay/change in booking BEFORE arrival (providing the change of booking is within the same year of original booking), hotel will be liable to re-arrange accommodation and dates subject to hotels availability, therefore deposit will still count as a payment made towards holiday.
- Hotel will NOT be liable to REFUND guests for any cancellations BEFORE ARRIVAL or changes in bookings AFTER ARRIVAL whatever the reason may be. All payments made will be non-refundable.
We recommend that guests consider a holiday cancellation insurance policy to mitigate the effects of any such cancellation charges. |
