The Villas have wi-fi, tv, safe, hairdryer, a full kitchen to include a fridge with a freezer, microwave -oven, 2 headed hob, toaster and kettle. They also have washing machines and air-conditioning.

Yes of course, The Almond offers Cypriot Mezzanine villas ( fully self catering) for short breaks & holidays as well as club rooms ( bed & breakfast) for guests to  experience an alternative and more flexible accommodation to the classic hotel – Give it a go, we will not disappoint!

Yes –  The beautiful historical rural villages of Lapta ( Lapthetos)  & Alsancak ( Karavas ) and their amenities are only a few minutes walking distance away – beaches, restaurants, cafe-bars, local buses, shops, pharmacy, banks with atms ect are at easy access.

Nearest sandy beaches are Camalot & Suna’s Beach – both 1.5 km walking distance away – There are many more within a short stroll or driving distance such as Maremonte, Deniz Kızı and Golden Bay. You can hop on a local buss or get a taxi, if you do not have a car.

The glorious historical town of Kyrenia and its Romantic Harbor  is only 15 minute easy drive, 12 km west from The Almond with  local transport/taxi/car hire…

Our Villas & Cottages have fully fitted kitchens, thefefore YES you have the choice to prepare their own meals in their private kitchens if they prefer. 

Yes, Pool towels are provided on request. These are not allowed to be taken out of the complex.

Yes – for guests staying short term renting our Holiday Villas we offer maid service every 3rd day and for guests staying in our club rooms we provide maid service everyday! For guests staying Long term or residential maid service is available at extra cost.

Turkish Lira is our currency but Sterling £ and €uro is widely accepted. You are guaranteed to get a higher exchange rate here than what you would get over in your home country. Most restaurants, super markets and shops all accept Sterling £ or €uros as payment method. So our advice is to bring Sterling £ and €uros.
